Dear Friends and Supporters,
For over 40 years East Side Soccer has provided youth with a positive experience. As a volunteer led nonprofit we depend on our community. Recently the Eastside Soccer Board of Directors has expanded and has elected new officers. We have done a lot of work to update East Side Soccer policies and processes. We are now ready to recruit additional volunteers. We are at a critical point in the organization’s history. We need more volunteers to help move East Side Soccer forward. We are seeking both new board members and new volunteers.
We are seeking people interested in joining the board of directors who have experience in budgeting and accounting, program operations, and communications. Or people who are experienced professionals willing to give a few hours a month of their time to join one of our board committees.
We are always looking for volunteer coaches. But in addition, we need people to support Eastside Soccer as volunteers in the following areas:
Division Coordinators
Coach Development
Treasurer
Equipment Manager
Registrar
We have position descriptions and policies that guide the work of each of these volunteer positions. The East Side Soccer board is an engaged group of community members who care about the kids in our area. We seek to continuously improve the experience of our families and players. We have a lot of work to do. Please consider volunteering, we are serious about creating a positive impact on our community and also committed to having fun while we do it. We urgently need your help.
