We are excited to announce a Training Workshop for ESS Referees on Sunday, May 5. This half day session is a key part of our referee development program and will build your skills for officiating ESS recreation league games.
Key Details:
The training will cover the Rules of the game, specific ESS league rules and code of conduct, and procedures for receiving game assignments
Preference for Game Assignments: Referees who attend this workshop or have completed the WNYSRA training course and have played ESS will be given preference in game assignments.
Spring session begins May 4.
Last game is June 22.
No games on May 25 (Memorial Day Weekend).
Still accepting Registration for: Kindergarten, 5/6 Girls, 3/4 Boys, 1/2 Girls
Pre-K: 2 spots remaining (as of 4/25)

If you registered your child for soccer in the fall, they are already registered for soccer this spring. Your fee from the fall covers both seasons and your child will remain on the same team that they were on in the fall.
PreK has separate fall and spring registration. If your PreK child would like to play this spring, please register them.
New Spring players will be notified of their team assignment by April 28. Schedules with game times for 3/4 and 5/6 divisions will be available by April 29. All other divisions (PreK, K, 1/2, 7/8) play at the same fixed time as they did in the fall (see Game Times & Locations below).

East Side Soccer is an independent youth soccer league committed to providing a supportive and inspiring environment in which players learn and develop the skills and concepts of soccer. Our oldest and largest program is Recreation Soccer. We also have an Advanced Development program and a Referee program.
Recreation Soccer
We are an all-volunteer, outdoor, independent recreational league, serving primarily the City of Syracuse (NY) East and its adjacent suburbs. We are committed to providing a non-competitive environment to youth in grades K through 8, to teach the skills and concepts of soccer.
