Registration forms for East Side Soccer’s 2008-2009 season are now available! You can either register online or mail in your forms.

Download the 2008-2009 Registration & Medical Forms (Adobe Acrobat is required) and mail with the registration fee to:

The deadline is July 1st to guarantee team placement, and you will receive a discount for registering before this date.

Yearly registration covers league play for both fall & spring seasons and includes a complete team uniform of jersey, socks & shorts.

Financial aid is available for those in need, but we ask that you cover the cost of the uniform. For additional financial assistance, contact registration@eastsidesoccer.org.

Financial aid is only available because of tax-deductible donations from our families. If you can, please consider making a donation to this fund when you complete your registration. We will send you a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.
