6-7-8 Girls
The 6th grade, 7th grade, & 8th grade girls division serves our oldest age group. During their final years with East Side Soccer, players learn the intricacies of the game, fine-tune their skills, and develop the level of play needed for playing with their school teams. Children may also begin playing soccer at this level, and we encourage coaches to take some extra time with beginners to bring them up to speed. It's also a time for just plain having fun and being with your friends. We still stress non-competitive, recreational soccer at this level.
Games may be at either 9:00, 10:30, or 12:00 at Barry Park.
Each team will have one midweek practice. Shinguards are required. Soft Cleats are probably a good idea due to the varying field conditions that might be encountered.
